Culver’s fans, get ready for a tasty treat this fall! The Midwestern burger and frozen custard chain is bringing back its iconic CurderBurger for a limited time in October 2024.
Available from October 1 through October 14, this fan-favorite burger combines two beloved Culver’s offerings—its classic Deluxe ButterBurger and its famous fried cheese curds—into one indulgent creation.
What Is the CurderBurger?
The CurderBurger made waves when it was first introduced in 2021. Originally announced as an April Fool’s joke, the overwhelming fan demand led Culver’s to launch it for real later that year.
The burger features a Deluxe ButterBurger, topped with a patty-sized fried cheese curd made from a blend of yellow and white cheddar cheese, encased in crispy seasoned breadcrumbs.
It’s the ultimate comfort food, perfect for anyone who loves the combination of savory beef and oozy, cheesy goodness.
CurderBurger’s Popularity Over the Years
Since its debut in 2021, the CurderBurger has become a sensation. When it was first launched, Culver’s sold 136,000 CurderBurgers in just one day, with some locations selling out in as little as two hours.
It has returned each October since, and now, for the fourth time, it will once again grace Culver’s menus for two weeks only.
Despite some mixed reviews—while some fans describe it as “heavenly,” others say it’s simply “okay”—the burger has proven to be a hit year after year.
With limited availability from October 1 to October 14, Culver’s customers are encouraged to act quickly, as the CurderBurger often sells out fast.
New Hot Honey Cheese Curds Coming on National Cheese Curd Day
But that’s not all! Later in October, Culver’s is launching a brand-new menu item to celebrate National Cheese Curd Day on October 15: Hot Honey Cheese Curds.
These cheese curds are coated in a hot honey-flavored breading, delivering a sweet and spicy kick that adds a twist to the traditional Wisconsin cheese curds.
The Hot Honey Cheese Curds will be available from October 15 through October 31 (or while supplies last), making them another limited-time must-try for cheese curd lovers.
